nux vomica
I can feel that tightness in the back of my skull, and my temporalis muscle has tightened into bands..
I've got some homeopathic Nux Vomica here. It usually calms me down if I find myself getting too iritable so I'll take some of that and see what it does. I'll plaster some migrastick on the back of my neck, too.I have a new boss starting today - not what I need, to smell like and apothacary! Hopefully I can head this one "off at the pass".

The headaches indicative of nux vomica are concentrated in the forehead (over the eyes) or back of the head. The pains are sharp, bursting pains and the scalp may feel sore and bruised.
Nux vomica affects the nervous system. When taken by a healthy person the remedy causes muscle spasms and cramps, and even convulsions. It affects all five senses and bodily reflexes and causes extreme sensitivity to light, touch, noise, and smells.
So according to the homeopathic theory of opposites - it should balance out some of my sensitivity to sound.
Lets see how I go.
