NO headache today!

Well, I'm tired and feeling pretty wiped and run down (the myofascial guy said this would happen) but I dont have a headache to day and that's a marvellous thing!
The session was interesting - a bit like remedial massage on steroids. I didn't know I had so many achey muscles. He suggested that we do the craniosacral stuff a little down the line.
I've got a big weekend this weekend so I hope I can get an early night tonight. It's my stepson's birthday, we are going to collect the kids and then head further out to my parents place for a party. (He's turning 13!!) I've got college all weekend, and Stepson (SS) will be bringing a friend for the weekend. So it's going to be a full house for us this weekend. Hubby will have to take care of all the kid stuff, I won't have the energy.
I'm worried that it's all going to be too much, but I don't really have a choice.
