A pain in the neck...
November 9th 2006 02:55
Is all I have left of the headaches of the last few days.
Of course I always worry about this because many of my headaches START as a pain in the neck and I'm worried that they are going to just come back again!
Anyways, I'm supposed to go Christmas Shopping tonight but I'm not sure I'm up to it. Some good ideas over at over at Brigidsblog.com on budgeting and prioritizing holiday shopping.
One of the things about being unwell, is that to do shopping takes alot of organisation. *Everything* takes alot of organisation. And I'm not naturally an organised person, which is a shame really.
At any rate, with the advent of the internet I can get shopping online - and I think that will make all the difference. Now I just have to stick to a budget!
The other pain in the neckky thing at the moment is that I will have to deffer my studies until next year. I can't afford it any longer, and it is putting too much stress on me with the exams. I was alright with them before, but I've fallen behind a bit and I will have trouble catching up. Unfortunately it's not a course I can do at my own pace which is an issue.
I'll have to think about my approach to study. I do want to do some more training, perhaps I can do that online and it won't be such a stress-out. I need to do something to keep my focus elsewhere, and bunny love is not enough.
I'd also like to retrain to get a better job. I think I'd be less stressed if I was doing something I loved.
