Ice Cream headaches

I think most people have experienced ice cream headaches - sharp stabs of pain in your head after ingesting an ice cream in hot weather. (For some unknown reason, ingesting icecream in cold weather does not have the same effect.)

http://www.thebrainfreeze.com is a pretty cool and funny look at this phenomenon.

Unfortunately, for migraine sufferers some studies have shown that even tho' the effects of icecream usually last only a few minutes for non-migraineurs, they can trigger an episode in migraineurs. So just another trigger to watch out for. *sigh*
